Our client in Franklin, MAis seeking a Crate Builderto join their team. As a Crate Builder, you will be part of the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have Excellent Attendance, Reliabilityand Excellent communication skillswhich will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Crate Builder

Location: Franklin, MA

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/ hour depending on experience

Whats the Job?

Design and build custom wooden crates

Coordinate with shipping personnel, production and purchasing at a minimum

Participate and support inventory and equipment management

Ability to safely and effectively use equipment such as- mitre saws, panel saws, pneumatic nail guns, staple guns, drills

Whats Needed?

High School diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of related experience in woodworking or construction

High visual acuity and manual dexterity are required, and the candidate must have the ability to conduct equipment set up and qualification on simple machinery as well as experience doing in-process visual inspection

Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. and sit or stand at a workbench for extended periods of time

Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and turn as required

must use hands for extended periods of time while constructing crates (e.g. grasping, holding, picking, placing, twisting, fine manipulation)
