Minimum 6 years of BY-WMS support experience, of which 2 years should be in the onsite lead position.

MUST BE ONSITE IN PHOENIX

Experience supporting BY-WMS version 2019 and above

Should know BY-WMS functionality end-to-end with ability to understand the installed configuration

Has experience in managing offshore team, guide them in managing SLAs

Able to prepare Weekly Status Reports (WSR) with knowledge or MTTR, MTTS

Able to read MOCA logs and pin point issues with MTF server tasks, Integration tasks, other BY-WMS functionality

Experience working in a BY-WMS clustered environment

Well versed with the support protocols such as escalation paths during P1/P2, Major Incident Management (MIM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Education

BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Should be self-motivated, self-starter with clear communication skills who thrives working in a team environment.
