  • Job Description

    As a Window Washer with Kimco Facility Services, YOU are a big part of our success. We provide high quality janitorial services to our commercial customers and depend on great employees to do that. We have Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

    US Cellular 101 Junction Rd., Madison WI

    Pay rate: $20 per hour

    Days & Times:Days and times will be discussed in interview

    Total of 10 hours each week

    Criminal History check and e-Verify required

    What You'll Do:

    Clean windows for our customers, on various accounts

    Gather and empty trash and replace trash bags

    Dust windowsills, walls, etc. and polish windows

    Remove cobwebs as needed

    Use cleaning equipment & supplies to Kimco standards, lock doors for building security/safety, etc.

    Qualifications:

    Experience in Housekeeping

    Dependable, great attendance, and reliable

    Able to work independently

    Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

    Able to identify and troubleshoot minor equipment problems

    Problem solver, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure when unexpected occurrences and delays happen
