    The Leidos Intelligence Group is currently seeking a fully cleared Business Process Analyst for a rewarding and challenging opportunity with an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in Northern Virginia. The primary focus of this role is to provide mission-critical information worldwide through the customer's official internal messaging system, ensuring real-time support and coordination.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    In this operationally savvy role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the customer, providing advanced support in the following areas:

    Review and Writing: The majority of the role involves reviewing and crafting replies on the customer's official internal messaging system, requiring demonstrated experience in this domain.

    Writing Skills: Superior writing skills are essential for creating office documentations, meeting reports, and other written materials.

    Administrative Support: Provide advanced level administrative support in a fast-paced office with mission-critical requirements, including scheduling, reports, status briefs, presentations, and recommendations.

    Overseas Mission Support: Experience with a wide range of operational and support activities for overseas missions and support.

    Coordination: Coordinate with multiple teams and their members to ensure alignment with requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

    Tool Utilization: Expertise in utilizing internal admin tools to concur, coordinate, track, and document requirements.

    Communication: Ability to understand and explain the services offered by the office and the unique qualifications of the staff supporting in this area.

    Graphic Design: Possess graphic design skills to illustrate the needs and accomplishments of the office.

    Communication and Negotiation: Demonstrate superior communications and negotiation skills.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
    • Bachelors degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
    • Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to convey concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and teambuilding skills, interacting effectively with various stakeholders.
    • Ability to build relationships with multiple teams to support cross-collaboration.
    • Work well under pressure with strong customer service skills.
    • Flexibility, creativity, and the ability to identify and respond to evolving priorities and solutions to problems.
    • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and adaptability to changing priorities.
    • Ability to plan, set goals, and determine strategies for accomplishing results, as well as monitor, evaluate, and report on progress towards goals.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with the classified clients project management framework and protocols.

    Pay Range:

    Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

    The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
