Our client, a small electronics manufactureris seeking a shipping associateto join their team. As a Shipping Associateyou will be part of the warehouse team supporting order management and inventory. The ideal candidate will have attention to details, adaptability, and organizational skillswhich will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping Associate

Location: Menlo Park, CA

Pay Range: $21.00/hr

Whats the Job?

• Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel;
  
• Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received;
  
• Delivers items to requisitioning departments and obtains authorized signatures for accepted items
  
• Comparing invoices to shipments;
  
• Pulling product from warehouse to fill orders
  

Whats Needed?

• Basic Computer Skills
  
• Prior warehouse (shipping) experience
  
• Inventory Management Systems
  
• Understanding of Shipping Documentation
  
• Knowledge of Shipping Methods and Regulations
