Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

This role will require floating to multiple units

Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

PT/Rehab aide in the acute care setting/outpatient setting.

Monitors and orders supplies/DME, maintains DME/supply room, assists therapists in co-treatments, cleans/disinfects equipment/items, assists with gym and treatment room maintenance, other administrative tasks and patient related tasks as delegated by therapists and under direct supervision of therapists.

An interview may not be available prior to offer.

RTO Always needs facility approval

Any Permanent Employee must be gone for at least 6 months
