Make a Difference:

The primary purpose of the Transportation Specialist is to provide guests with an excellent transportation experience, ensuring that guests are greeted and transported to and from requested destinations.??

What You Will Be Doing:

The Transportation Specialist will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

• Drive property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations including, but not limited to, local airports, restaurants, theaters, sporting events, convention centers,etc.;??

• Assist guests withluggage;

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficientmanner;?

• Respond to guest inquiries andrequests;

• Resolve guestconcerns(escalate as appropriate);?

• Ensure proper disinfecting/sanitization/cleaning of shuttles, front drive, andlobby;

• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents,injuriesand unsafe work conditions to management; and

• Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

Bring Your Experience:

Required Prior Experience:

Prior customer service experience

Preferred Prior Experience:

Hospitality industry experience

Preferred Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Licenses/ Certification:

Valid state drivers license and adhere to all company guidelines regarding moving violations.

Physical:

Able to lift a minimum of 50lbsoccasionally

Able to lift 10lbs regularly

Able to stand and/or walk for duration of schedule shift

Other:

Flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings,nights,weekendsand holidays
