Experience:

12 months of role experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Scheduling: Expected to work every other weekend, every other holiday where applicable.

Block booking and Schedule patterns are based on department needs.

Guaranteed hours: 40

Outpatient (peds to adults) and inpatient bedside swallow studies/treatments, video swallows (max 2-3/week).

Required skills and minimum years of experience: ability and willingness to see pediatrics to adults

Will work 9-530 M-R and 8-430 Friday.

Floating to other units/departments: Will always remain in the same department but will be in different locations.

BLS (Basic Life Support)

CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
