LCSW Clinical Manager
A centrally located mental health clinic in Oakland is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW to oversee the outpatient mental health services at a Federally Qualified Health Center. This FQHC clinic offers comprehensive primary care services including family medicine and outpatient mental health services.
The LCSW will thrive in this integrated behavioral health clinic setting. The LCSW Clinical Manager is responsible for the oversight of the agencys behavioral health services and the clinical supervision, training, and oversight of clinical program staff. In addition, the clinical manager assists with program management, productivity monitoring, and liaising with funders and also carries a small caseload providing direct services to IBH clients. This position reports to the Chief Medical Officer.
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be part of a cohesive leadership team. The RN Clinical Manager and LCSW Manager will work together to ensure each decision is made with the patient outcomes first. The FQHC provides tremendous resources to its staff and patients to ensure access to care.
