Floor Technician

SBM Management is searching for aFloor Technician! that can make the floors sparkle and shine! We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space. Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Bonneting
• Extraction (wet/dry)
• Strip & wax floor
• Polish floors
• Carpet spot removal
• Transport equipment, tools and supplies
• Move furniture before/after clean
• Communicate changes, progress or problem areas

Qualifications

• 1+ year Floor Tech experience required
• Experience in the janitorial industry required,
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check

Shift: 2nd shift

From 4:30pm- 10:30pm

Compensation: $15.50 - 16.00 per hour
