Reporting to the Director of Inpatient Medical-Surgical Services, the Inpatient Oncology Nursing Manager will oversee an inpatient med surg and oncology unit. Responsibilities Inpatient Oncology Nursing Managerinclude operational workflow, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, staff scheduling and assignments, payroll, conflict resolution, and mentoring new-hires, residents, and current clinical and non-clinical staff. The Inpatient Oncology Nursing Manager will also be accountable for ensuring regulatory compliance, updating policy procedures, and assisting with new and existing quality performance improvement initiatives.
The Inpatient Oncology Nursing Manager will be a registered nurse should have previous leadership experience, ideally with an oncology or med/surg clinical background.
