InReach is looking a Financial Analyst II. Remote or Hybrid schedule available in the Bethesda MD area.
The successful candidate will:
- Reconcile payments to GPO for quarterly purchasing activity.
- Create and provide supporting documentation to partner members to support payment amounts.
- Communicate with Supply Management/InReach to ensure new GPO members/ programs are included in payments.
- Create/maintain a purchasing database of all member activity to support operational and financial decisions within InReach.
- Communicate effectively with multiple levels of the organization.
- Maintain a high level of service and understanding of mission-critical systems, including Vendor Contracts, Rebates and Compliance Reporting (CaRMA), Spend Analysis and Decision Tools, and InReach Financial/Customer Portals
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and all levels of management.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Driven self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly, think outside the box and learn new tasks independently.
- Ability to work with large data sets and databases, analyze data, and conduct research.
- Sound judgment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to devise strategies from appropriate data.
- Excellent organizational skills and good time management with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and a flexible approach to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, with knowledge of Power BI.
- Able to work efficiently in an independent environment.
- Flexible, pragmatic, and able to handle complex research with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to a high level of customer service.
- High attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and an ability to work independently
- Demonstrated flexibility with shifting priorities and the capability to modify processes due to the changing demands of a rapidly growing business.
