What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
Provide customers with solutions for HVAC and other home comfort needs
Consult with potential and existing customers for customized HVAC system solutions
Follow up on sales bids and leads, offering additional information as needed
Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms
Build and maintain customer relationships
Participate in various sales activities, including trade shows and referral groups
Ability to work evenings and weekends

Who We're Looking For:
Prior experience in HVAC (Required)
Sales Experience (Required)
Comfortable with Outbound Phone Calls (MUST)
Competence in troubleshooting, interpreting diagrams & blueprints
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-driven, highly detailed, and organized
Comprehensive knowledge about the HVAC domain and its offerings
Unwavering integrity with a fervent aspiration for both personal and collective professional enhancement
