Experience:

12 months of Home Health experience is required.

Travel experience is required.

Experience with Oasis is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Hours worked per day may vary, depending on scheduling and patient need- 24 hours GTD

Bachelors Degree - REQUIRED

Active and clear drivers license and car insurance - REQUIRED

Certifications:

CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)

BLS (Basic Life Support)
