    Resident Care Assistant

    The Mansion at Rosemont, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as Best of Senior Living 2022-23, is hiring a part-time & PRN/Per-Diem RCA to join our team!

    - Part-Time, every other weekend, holiday rotation
    -Shifts: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM and 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM
    - $15 - $15.50 / hour + weekend differential.

    -PRN/Per-Diem
    - $15 - $15.50 per hour
    -Shifts: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM and 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM
    - Requirements: 1 weekend shift per month, 2 additional shifts per month, and 1 summer & winter holiday

    This position does not require a CNA certificate. No experience necessary. We welcome applicants at all levels and various industry backgrounds; We are willing to train the right candidate!

    We provide education on campus for RCAs/CNAs who are interested in gaining a Med Tech certificate. Per diem Med Tech hours available.

    We're also hiring Per Diem RCAs.Please let your recruiter know if you prefer to be considered for Per Diem opportunities.

    Our Resident Assistant/Caregivers provide assistance in the personal care and protection of the residents in the assisted living level of care.

    • You would actively incorporate the CARF/CCAC standards into the daily rhythm of life of the residents.
    • You would develop awareness of residents interests and needs and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation.
    • You will work on a one-on-one basis with residents providing direct resident care and assisting in residents activities of daily living and scheduled program activities.

    To be successful in the role, you would have:
