Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

This role will require floating to multiple units

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

First shift variable hours (8-4:30; 9-5:30; etc)

No weekends or holidays.

No CFYs must have ASHA CCCs.

Minimum of 1 year outpatient pediatric SLP experience.

Education: Graduate Degree (i.e. Masters Degree) Specialty/Major: Speech Language Pathology

Required: State of Ohio license in good standing with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association or a conditional license under a supervised.

Preferred: Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) and vital stem training.

Preferred: Experience with electronic medical records.

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
