Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. With a commitment to cultivating excellence in patient care, Clinic Directors lead in facilitating and participating in continuing education, while also providing mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance. Location:North Attleboro, MA(Opened in 2025!)
Compensation:$100,000$115,000annually (based on experience, hours, and certifications)

As aPhysical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education

• Guide patients through recovery timelines with a focus on long-term outcomes

• Track progress and complete documentation efficiently using our EMR and AI-supported tools

• Collaborate with a close-knit team of clinicians and referring providers

Patient Population & Specialties

OurPhysical Therapiststreat a diverse orthopedic caseload, with opportunities to develop or expandexpertisein:

• Orthopedics & Post-Surgical Rehab

• Sports Rehabilitation

• Vestibular & Concussion Management

• Pelvic Health

• Neurologic, or Performing Arts Therapy (clinic-dependent)

Qualifications
