Reporting to the RN Director, this OR RN Manager will be fully supported by Executive Leaders, Hospital Leadership and staff. This Nursing Leader will oversee a group of experienced RN staff. Many of these nurses have earned theirCNORs, with the support of Surgical Services nursing leadership. The OR Nurse Manager will haveANMsreporting to them.

Overseeing daily unit operations, providing accountability for planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care within the department and serving as the units leader.
