The Nurse Director of Family Birth Center will oversee the operations ofLabor & Delivery and AntePartumDepartments. TheNurse Director of Labor and DeliveryPerinatalServices will plan, direct and coordinate all operational activities for areas of responsibility. The Nurse Director of Womens and Childrens will develop policies and procedures as well as the quality improvement programs for areas of responsibility.

The Nurse Director of Maternal Child Health will develop the capital and operating budgets. The Nurse Director ofPerinatalServices will ensure the departments are appropriately staffed by hiring and retaining competent staff.
