The Manager Radiation Oncology will plan and provide clinical support to patients and staff; as well as provides clinical leadership, financial and personnel management within the department. They will participate in quality improvement processes for the department and must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to organize and provide care that is appropriate to the condition of all patients. They will coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of the Radiation Oncology Department, as well as work with supervisors and physicians in establishing, and supporting clinical standards of care. The Manager Radiation Oncology should have their Bachelor of Science degree.
