    Salary

    From $70K - commensurate with experience

We're looking for a Master Industrial Maintenance Technician who resonates with this spirit of quality, dedication, and innovation.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Oversee maintenance-related projects involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment installation
    • Install, wire, and troubleshoot proximity sensors, switches, counters, relays, and VFDs
    • Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and repair on three-phase motors and control circuits
    • Troubleshoot, diagnose issues, repair/replace parts for, and test/adjust mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
    • Interpret equipment manuals, schematics, parameter lists, fault code listings, and troubleshooting guides
    • Perform a variety of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, carpentry, and maintenance functions on a wide variety of production equipment
    • Safely use various hand and power tools, multimeters, and material-handling equipment
    • Participate in any other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor
    • Demonstrate operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery including motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3-phase power, communication devices, and industrial/electronic controls
    • Adhere to harness and SRL (self-retracting lifeline) weight capacity requirements

    What We're Looking For

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience emphasizing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skills
    • Completion of Craft Apprenticeship or industrial maintenance training program, or at least 4 years of electrical maintenance experience
    • PLC, Robotics, or other automation experience
    • Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery
    • Must meet harness and SRL (self-retracting lifeline) weight capacity requirements (130 lbs - 310 lbs.)
    • Valid driver's license
    • Ability to oversee maintenance-related projects of a large variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
    • Proficiency in wiring, and troubleshooting control devices, proximity sensors, switches, counters, relays, and VFDs
    • Expertise in diagnosing and repairing three-phase motors and control circuits
    • Experience in performing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, carpentry, and maintenance functions on a large variety of production equipment
    • Comfortably and safely using various hand and power tools, multimeters, and material-handling equipment
