Overview:
Greets and appropriately directs patients via phone calls or direct contact. Maintains waiting room. Performs general clerical duties as needed. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of one year customer service or receptionist experience.
