Job Title: Operating Room Circulating Nurse

Location: Wilsonville, OR

Position Type: Full-time

Shifts: Start time of 5:30 AM or 6:30 AM (depending on the MD schedule), first case begins at 7:00 AM or 7:30 AM. Typically done before 5:00 PM. Currently, no cases on Fridays. Monday through Thursday schedule.

Number of Operating Rooms: 1 OR, 1 procedure room

Types of Procedures: Specializing in spine and pain procedures

Team Structure:

• 5 surgeon owners
• Consistent anesthesia team
• Approximately 15 to 20 teammates
• Collaborative and cohesive team, open to cross-training, including scrub tech roles

Responsibilities:

• Circulating duties in the operating room
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams
• Ensure the smooth flow of surgical procedures
• Participate in pre-op and post-op duties as needed
• Potentially cross-train in scrub tech roles

Requirements:

• Circulating experience, preferably with spine procedures or pain management
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
• Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
• Willingness to train or consider candidates with labor and delivery circulating experience
• Commitment to long-term employment

Compensation:

• Pay range: $45.84 to $60.22 per hour (based on experience)
