    To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with a BSN and preferably a Master's Degree or current enrollment in a nursing education program. You should have three to five years of clinical experience in a specialty area or a combination of staff nurse/leadership experience. Excellent communication, critical thinking, creativity, and interpersonal skills are a must. We value individuals who can build strong relationships, promote teamwork, and embrace change.

Basic Life Support Instructor certification is required, and ACLS and PALS certification is preferred. Certification in a relevant clinical area and/or Nursing Professional Development within one year of hire is also desired. You must hold a current unrestricted New York State Nursing License and be an active participant in professional organizations such as the National Nursing Staff Development Organization and ANA.
