    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store, bed and breakfast and property management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.
    Duties:
    - Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations (store and bed and breakfast) ·
    - Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues.
    - Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff.
    - Onboard, train and supervise staff and ensure policies and procedures are met and establish work schedules.
    - Oversee operations of the store and bed & breakfast; maintain vendor relationships and determine onboarding new vendors.
    - Oversee systems integration between direct booking website, price algorithm and various booking portals for bed breakfast as well as setup products and reporting from POS
    - Assess issues arising from the property and retail store such as appliances and equipment breakdown and able to determine what needs to be fixed
    - Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for the provision of materials and supplies for the store, manage restocking and inventory control system.
    - Assist clients/guests of their needs, coordinate turnover schedule with cleaning crew and ensure the quality of turnover.
    - Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities such repairs of equipment and appliances.
    - Address customers' complaints or concerns.

    Qualifications:
    - Proven experience (at least 3 years) in store management or a similar role
    - Strong knowledge of retail operations and procedures
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    - Proficiency in administrative tasks such as payroll and scheduling
    - Experience in interviewing and hiring staff
    - Familiarity with cash handling procedures
    - Ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively
