    Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

    Epic Travel Staffingis hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist - Adult Home Health

    Shift: Days / 8a-5, 8x5, 40hrs per week, no weekends- Monday- Friday

    Length:2 6 weeks

    Requirements:

    • VT License
    • 1 year experience
    • Must have Travel Experience and working in a Home Health setting
    • Must have BLS and Oasisexperience
    Other Details:
    • Covid and Flu declinations accepted. Covid vax or declination

    Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.


    Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
