    Responsibilities of the Outpatient Clinic Nurse Manager include overseeing operational workflow, managing financial resources, staff scheduling, educating new hires or current department staff on best practices, techniques, and unit protocols, monitoring patient safety, implementing quality performance improvement initiatives, and ensuring both policy procedure and regulatory compliance is properly followed.
