Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

24 months of Case Management experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

All candidate submissions are at D/E/N ROTATING SHIFT SCHEDULES, Every Other Weekend (EOW), Holidays/On-Call/Callback/Charge per Unit. They cannot approve straight day shifts.

Parking is not provided - this will be an out of pocket expense.

Costs for your 1st Day:

Safe Medicate Exam, ID Badge, and Mask Fit Test are reimbursable.

Phone prescreen must be completed by clinician in order to receive offer. Please be aware to answer calls from 520 area code.

Vacation WILL NOT be granted during the weeks of Christmas and New Years.

With the holidays upcoming, Nursing is offering out 16 week contracts to start! Please provide RTO for at least 16 weeks from your start date.
