You will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and monitoring CNC machines to create components and tools from a variety of materials. Your expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints along with geometric tolerances will be instrumental in the production of accurate, high- quality parts a significant contributor to our success story.

Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit expertise operating, maintaining, and monitoring CNC machines to manufacture parts from various materials
- Apply advanced comprehension of blueprints and geometric tolerances to produce precise parts
- Utilize various machinist and hand tools such as micrometers, verniers, indicators, scales, and dial bore gages for quality assurance and precision measurement of parts
- Exhibit physical stamina for lifting an average of 25 lbs
- Demonstrate an open mindset towards learning and adapting to all machines within a cell and receiving coaching and training as necessary
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in CNC machining
- Experience operating lathe and/or milling machines
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding geometric tolerances
- Familiarity with machinist and hand tools
- Physical capability to lift an average of 25 lbs
- US Citizenship to adhere to DOD requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; a concentration in machining would be a significant advantage
Salary:
$36.54/hr - plus 15% for 2nd shift, plus 20% for 3rd shift
