    ACAS Systems Administrator

    Description

    Leidos Enterprise & Cyber Solutions Defense team is currently seeking an ACAS Systems Administrator, who will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of the ACAS platform. This includes Nessus Scanners, SecurityCenters (SCs), Nessus Manager (NM) Agent Servers, Nessus Network Monitor (NNM) Servers, JMS-A SecurityCenters (SCs), & JMS-A Scanners. This will ensure the infrastructure in place allows freedom of action in cyberspace while denying the same to our adversaries. Work will be performed on customer site in Ft Huachuca, AZ and U.S. Citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance is required to begin work on the program.

    Salary: $85,000

    What will you do in this role?

    • Operate, monitor, sustain, and secure SecurityCenter servers and logs in NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JMN environments, both physical and virtual, using the full capabilities of the ACAS system.

    • Operate, monitor, sustain, and secure ACAS Scanner servers located within the CONUS theater.

    • Provide Tier II ACAS administrator support to the CONUS installation NECs to maintain connectivity between the Tier I Nessus Scanners and the Enterprise Tier II ACAS SecurityCenter servers.

    • Maintains integrity of the operating system environment, as relating to Windows scanners and LINUX SecurityCenters.

    • Performs system software upgrades including planning and scheduling, testing, and coordination.

    • Performs server administration build, setup and troubleshooting.

    • Performs application administration build, setup and troubleshooting.

    • Troubleshoot application errors, operating system(s), server hardware, network communications and storage allocation issues within the ACAS environment.

    • Utilize diagnostic tools and logs to trace and resolve technical problems.

    • Utilize Remedy ITSM to track and resolve problems impacting continued system operations and make recommendations for any corrective actions required.

    • Plan, coordinate, and document the use of revised/updated procedures, processes, and methods for the operations and maintenance of the ACAS infrastructure.

    • Provide 'on-call' support after business hours and during weekends when required.

    • Provides support and communications to external groups and government employees

    These are required qualifications for this role...

    • High School Diploma and 6 years of technical experience, OR Associates Degree and 4 years of technical experience or Bachelors and 2 years of technical experience.

    • Prior to start of employment you MUST possess one (1) professional certification identified in DISA IASE IAT Level II DoD 8570.01 Approved Baseline.

    • DISA ACAS certification

    • Excellent team skills, must be thorough, must have excellent communications skills, written and verbal

    • Ability to work in a dynamic cross-organizational team environment

    • U.S. Citizenship required and an active Top Secret clearance.

    These are the preferred qualifications for this role

    • ITIL Foundation Certification

    • Communicate effectively with team members, team lead, and external organizations.

    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Pay Range:

    Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00
