In the role of Operating Room Nurse Manager, this Perioperative Services Leader, will be reporting to the Director of Surgical Services and will manage a team of 10-20 Registered Nurses, Anesthesiologists, Techs, and other healthcare professionals. The OR Manager would provide leadership to sterile processing, the OR, and gastroenterology. This hospital performs both inpatient and outpatient surgical cases including orthopedic, ophthalmology, gynecology, urology, ENT, general surgery, and more.

Qualifications of this Operating Room Nurse Manager include prior experience in surgical services as well as a BSN, and CNOR certification preferred. Candidates with prior leadership experience as Charge Nurse, OR Supervisor, and Assistant Manager will make for quick interviews! Additional responsibilities in this role consist of providing patient education, mentoring staff, ensuring compliance, and leading with the best in evidence-based practices to guarantee the highest level of patient care is achieved.
