Reporting to the Director, the OR Nurse Manager will be responsible for running the day to day operations of the Surgery Department. They will work closely with and oversee staff and supervisors of the OR. The Surgical Services Nurse Manager will hire and train employees, manage department performance, and establish strategic goals. The OR Nurse Manager will act as an expert resource for nursing staff and support the vision and goals of the hospital.

The idealOR Nurse Manager will have their Bachelors in Nursing and several years of acute care operating room nurse leadership experience.
