A leading health system based in south florida is now searching for an experienced Nurse Manager Ambulatory Surgery to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This 14,000 square-foot multispecialty center is dedicated to providing exceptional outpatient surgical services in a pristine clinical environment. This location specializes in a variety of surgical specialties including ENT, gynecology, orthopedics, plastics and reconstructive, urology, general surgery, ophthalmology, pain management, and podiatry. This outpatient center is also proudly accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.

Reporting to the Center Administrator, the Nurse Manager will oversee the clinical operations of 4 operating suites, 1 cath lab, and a team of ~30 FTEs. The Nurse Manager is responsible for managing staff schedules, ensuring clinical excellence and compliance with all regulatory standards, identifies areas of improvement, oversees center inventory, and manages center financial budgets. This is a full time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, no nights or weekends.

What Makes You Awesome:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing BSN
• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Florida or ability to obtain
• Prior circulating/scrubbing experience
