Our client is seeking a Shift Leader to join their team. As a Shift Leader, you will be a part of the retail production team supporting the management team. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, excellent time managementskills, and the ability to work various hours which align successfully with the organization. This position is a great stepping stone to move into other leadership positions within the company!

Job Title: Shift Leader

Location: Menomonie, WI

Pay Rate: $14.50-16

What's the Job:

Assist with training, coaching, and developing skills

Assist with a broad range of store activities including opening and closing procedures

Maintain a consistent presence throughout the store while engaging with team members and customers

Maintain a high level of pace and proficiency

What's Needed?

1 year of retail experience

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills while communicating with a diverse audience

Exceptional communication skills

Willingness and ability to work various hours which include holidays, evenings, and weekends

Excellent time management and prioritization skills
