They will also monitor and staff performance, and offer personnel guidance and coaching for professional growth.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency nursing, with demonstrated leadership and teaching abilities.
• Current certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
