Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing high-quality, consistent image content.

• Work with other studio contributors to ensure completion of daily deliverables.

• Share creative vision, technical skill and operational support with entire team to accomplish varied photo assignments.

• Support local and occasional travel shoots for Uline and affiliated assignments.

• Explore trends and evolve photo ideation for collaboration with design / creative teams.

• Work with business partners to accomplish creative goals and ensure consistency of Uline vision.

• Fulfill file-naming and metadata initiatives to fulfill accurate and complete digital asset protocols for all files.

• Operate and maintain studio equipment, organize photo supplies and maintain storage areas.

• Provide photo retouching and digital manipulation of images to support post-digital team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in photography, commercial art, graphics design or related field.

• 4+ years experience in a photography studio or corporate advertising / communications department.

• Expert knowledge of Capture One, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
