    Position Purpose: Under the direction of the Administrator, the Community Based Services Supervisor will provide daily administrative oversight of the CST and ACT teams and staff to ensure quality, compliance, and productivity benchmarks are met. Supervisor would provide supervision of staff to ensure best care is provided to all clients and their support systems; participate as a team member in treatment services; maintains relationships with community partners; promotes the company within the community and markets services to the schools; increase community present and involvement; and develops programming to foster growth of behavioral health services in the community.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Interviews, hires, trains and evaluates staff in Rosecrance treatment philosophy, policies and procedures, and standardized protocols
    • Facilitates weekly team meetings and attends daily ACT meetings
    • Effectively communicate program, administrative, and clinical direction to staff
    • Oversees the timely completion of assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation of staff, including chart audits
    • Monitors and maintains compliance with program fidelities and compliance to include DHS, Medicaid, and JCAHO regulatory standards.
    • Collect, analyze, and report of performance improvement data as it relates to programming
    • Consults with staff to promote development; identifying staff training and development requirements and provides guidance and training to staff to ensure effectiveness of services provided
    • Establishing and maintaining professional relationships to enhance services within the community
    • Works as member of the leadership team and collaborates well with others to promote overall program and agency effectiveness
    • Upholds responsibilities in accordance with corporate policies, licensing regulations, and applicable laws
    • Maintain an overall perspective on client functioning, environmental factors, resource needs and advocacy on behalf of clients
    • Work with the clients (and families/others) toward supporting their ability to assume responsibility and manage their emotions and behavior and to thereby function in the least restrictive setting possible
    • Other duties as assigned

    Job Requirements:

    • Masters degree in counseling, psychology, social work or another related field required
    • Illinois clinical license is preferred (LPC/LCPC; LSW/LCSW; AMFT/LMFT)
    • Must be a QMHP; eligible for LPHA
    • Valid driver's license
