Job Title: Late Truck Freight Clerk
Location: Austin, MN
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Whats the Job?

• Maintain late truck email: Communicate late delivery information and provide follow-up correspondence per department procedures.
• Work closely with Appointment coordinator to alert necessary personnel of potential late trucks as identified by track and trace
• Communicate any WM/Sams issues with deliveries to the WM vendor Management team
• Run Wal-Mart appointment verification daily and cross check AS 400
• Administer late coding for late customer deliveries and track/report per period

• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Willing to accept continual repetitive changes in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel-data entry

• Full time hours
• Day shift
• Experience working for a Fortune 500 Company

• Work from home on Fridays after training period
