This is a tip-share position that starts at $12/hour and averages $16-$20/hour after tip share.

Responsibilities of Team Members

• Greet guests as they enter the restaurant
• Enter orders into system for dine-in and take-out guests
• Preparing and packing orders on the food line, bussing tables, running food, and cashier
• Maintaining a clean workspace by cleaning before, during and after shifts
• Assisting in the training of new Team Members
• Perform food preparation tasks
• Clean restrooms, restock products, and empty trash containers
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by manager on duty

Qualifications for Team Members

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to exceed guest expectations
• Friendly and good attitude towards guest and team members
• Follow appropriate food safety guidelines
• Ability to work minimum of 6 hours, bend, stoop, and lift a moderate weight
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings and weekends
