The National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC) Division of the Leidos Fed Civ IT Business Area currently has an opening for a Program Analyst. This position will be part of a dynamic team working to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in Oklahoma City at their Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center location.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide analysis and evaluation of equipment to assist in determining cost-effective solutions for office automation and communication systems. Interpret data and determine process innovation.
- Work with automation software to produce a wide range of electronic and hard copy documents such as emails, letters, memorandums, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. This work often involves complex formats, graphics, tables, and spreadsheets which contribute to office analytical metrics.
- Perform duties involved in developing, publishing, and distributing FAA Academy correspondence, reports, procedural guides, standard operating procedures, and other documents. Ensure proper formatting, and review for correspondence guidelines, grammar, and punctuation.
- Review incoming correspondence, handling appropriate matters personally and routing FAA Academy technically specific material to the appropriate staff members using the appropriate tickler system on actions assigned to the or expected from staff.
- Maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings and conferences. Prepare minutes following each event using proper formatting and submit within 3 business days after the event.
- Identify the need for and develop instructions or procedures for handling correspondence, correctness of correspondence and reports, maintenance of files, and retention/disposal of records.
- Provide FAA Academy customers with services, procedures, processes, techniques, tactics, products, or skills development.
- Track financial, personnel, supply, and other administrative transactions through the office in both electronic form and on paper.
- Ensure effective management of assigned government property data for the Government Property Management System and provide inventory and management control through validating property assigned by conducting property inventories periodically and determining proper disposal process.
- Use database, spreadsheet, or web-based programs to enter, revise, calculate, summarize, and retrieve data for various reports.
- Conduct PRISM queue monitoring, requisitioning, and coordination. Provides payment tracking and status reporting of bills received. Reconciles all transactions using PRISM reporting systems.
- Prepare travel orders, including cost estimates for executive conferences and training assignments. This includes cost estimates, reviewing travel vouchers for procedural compliance, including proper cost accounting codes and statistical accuracy in E2 Solutions Portal.
Basic Qualifications
- Typically requires a BA degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must have excellent customer service and communication (oral & written) skills necessary to interact with Senior and Executive level management, as well as foster an environment of cooperation between different departments and co-workers.
- Writing skills compatible with producing, editing, and distributing Senior and Executive level management correspondence; to include analytical spreadsheets and graphical information.
- Must be able to multi-task, tracking project schedule development, project control, risk management practices/issues, and project documentation processing/archiving between multiple teams.
- Automation software expertise to produce/edit documents, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint slides for executive meetings.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $42,250.00 - $76,375.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
