Reporting to the Unit Manager, the Registered Nurse Step Down will work alongside a team of specialized nurses, technicians, and ancillary staff to develop and execute customized patient care treatment plans that are tailored to the needs of each individual throughout their stay. The Registered Nurse Step Down will join the Pulmonary department working the day shift. The ideal Registered Nurse Step Down will have at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience with their Associates Degree or BSN. Additionally, the Registered Nurse Step Down will hold or be willing to obtain their Compact or Tennessee RN license prior to starting.
