Wage

• $46,992-$57,772 annual wages based on experience & are negotiable

Hours:

• 12 hour Shift | 8pm 8am | Sun-Sat 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Assign daily work tasks to team members and monitor task accomplishment.
• Ensure team members have the proper tools, supplies, and equipment needed for successful task completion.
• Support factory continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform required training for all employees and conduct behavioral based safety observations.
• Ability to effectively lead by motivating, coaching and mentoring employees. Willingness to compassionately hold others accountable and to be held accountable.
• Ability to read, comprehend and write correspondence, and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to fellow employees.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.

• 1+ years of people leadership experience
• Available to work Sunday-Saturday 8pm-8am 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills to communicate and coordinate effectively with leadership, staff and external clients.
• Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive employee information.
• Ability to stand constantly, excellent hand-eye coordination skills, strong mechanical skills and the ability to lift and load weights up to 50 pounds.
