Description
Seeking a Payroll and Benefits Manager for our client in NYC. Fully on-site role, blend of payroll (fully cycle) and benefits management (open enrollment, negotiate with plan administrators).
Functions:
Hands on payroll functions for 500 employees and management.
Manage open enrollment for medical, dental, vision, insurance, retirement plan, leave programs and 401k.
Keeping up to date on NYC employment laws.
Manage and mentor payroll staff.
Requirements:
10 plus years of experience. Preferred is a bachelors degree.
Ability to work fully on-site in NYC (UWS).
