Shift: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Occupational Therapy experience is preferred.

Experience with Meditech is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

This role will require floating to multiple units

Candidates must live at least 60 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Shift: Monday-Friday

Rotating weekends

Float: Possibly assisting with acute med-surg evals

Scrub colors / dress code: Solid color polo shirts/ scrub pants
