    Atthis world-class facility, you will work alongside top-notch cardiothoracic surgeons, cardiologists, and a diverse team of specialists, including echocardiographers, vascular experts, neurologists, hematologists, and radiologists. Together,you will provide exceptional, specialized care for patients undergoing procedures such as TAVR, TMVR, MitraClip, ASD, PFO, Alcohol Septal Ablation, and more at one of the top Heart and Vascular Centers in the country.

    As theStructural Heart Coordinator NP, your responsibilities will encompass advanced assessment, strategic care planning, coordination of treatment, and outcome evaluation, all in adherence to the highest standards of care. Your expertise will be invaluable as you initiate referrals and follow-up care with referring providers, ensuring seamless and comprehensive patient management.

    Requirements:

    • Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with current NYS Licensure and registration.
    • 2-5 years of NP experience to demonstrate your expertise.
    • Previous NP experience in an Adult Cardiac and Thoracic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
    • Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills to foster strong patient relationships.
