Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:15 PM

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience is required.

Experience with Paragon is required.

Requirements:

This role will require floating to multiple units

Candidates must live at least 60 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Yes, floating between acute care and rehab as needed.

Preferred experience level? Would prefer experience with ICU, trach, modified barium swallow studies. FEES experience would be even better, but not a requirement.
