Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Shift - Swing shift - start 1:30pm/2:30pm and end at 9:30pm/10:30pm

What this job involves - The Lead Facilities Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment in the facility. This includes troubleshooting and repairing equipment, maintaining preventive maintenance schedules, and ordering and installing new equipment. The Lead Facilities Technician also supervises a team of facilities technicians.

What is your day to day?

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment in the facility.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Patching and paintwork
• Order and install new equipment.
• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
• Train and develop maintenance technicians.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records.
• Comply with all safety regulations.

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ability to order and install new equipment.
• Ability to supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
• Ability to comply with all safety regulations.

Preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Local Certification
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

61,600.00 89,300.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicants education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
