Requirements:

• Prior acute care hospital experience in a pediatric ICUsetting

• Exceptional leadership skills, previous leadership experience required (Charge RN, Coordinator, ANM, etc.)
• Proven ability to maintain composure and make sound decisions during high-pressure situations.
