Solar panel labor and installers assemble, install, or maintain solar systems and other structures in compliance with site assessments and schematics. They are the key to the operations of sustainable energy units on commercial solar farm sites.This job will require you to work outdoors in all weather conditions applicants should be prepared for that kind of work.Referral Bonuses available. Per Diem may be available.ResponsibilitiesMeasuring, cutting, assembling, and bolting structural framing and solar modules.Connecting installed solar panels to existing electrical systems and checking electrical installation for proper wiring, polarity, grounding, or integrity of terminations.Organizing and maintaining system components.Maintaining documentation of completed installations.Applying weather sealing to array, building, or support mechanisms.Completing labor-intensive work in various weather conditions.Materials staging. General job site clean up and organization.Equipment Operation and Maintenance.Safety All things Safety. Qualifications & ExperienceMust be 18 years of age with valid ID.In order to qualify for the Installer position, you must have at least 6 months of experience on a Solar site or minimum of 6 months of experience on a construction site.Tools will be provided by our customer steel toe boots and hot/cold weather gear are your requirement.Verifiable references of your professional skills and experience.This work is not for the faint of heart Strong work ethic and positive attitude will serve you well.Hard working and reliable.Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain in a stationary position for extended periods.Able to meet additional screening requirements when applicable.
