Our client in Appletonis seeking a Senior Account Technicianto join their team. As an account technician, you will be part of the Land Conservation Deptsupporting the analysts.The ideal candidate will have administrative and accounting skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Account Technician

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay: $23.73hr

Whats the Job?

• Servesas receptionist greets public and assists customers
  
• Prepares requisitions, vouchers, grant invoicing and reporting.
  
• Monitors and reconciles accounts receivables
  
• Operates the Point of Sale system, on-line store, and handles petty cash.
  
• Prepares monthly financial reports and meeting agendas.
  

Whats Needed?

• Associates Degree in Accounting, Office Admin or Program Management with relevant business classes.
  
• Computer knowledge MS Excel and accounting software JD Edwards
  
• Strong typing skills, 55wpm with 95% accuracy
  
• 2 years office experience
